Ingredients
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Tomato Sauce (Pizza Sauce)
- Fresh Basil
- Pepperoni
- Mushrooms
- Black Olives

How to make a Tortilla Pizza:
- Start with your Santa Fe Carb Chopper Tortilla 10” (Flour or Whole Wheat)
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Top tortilla with sauce and desired ingredients
- Place in the oven for 12-14 minutes until side of tortillas begin to get crispy.
Note: Monitor your pizza base to ensure it doesn’t over cook and if you need the top cooked further utilize the broiler.
