Low Carb Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients

  • Shredded Mozzarella
  • Tomato Sauce (Pizza Sauce)
  • Fresh Basil
  • Pepperoni
  • Mushrooms
  • Black Olives

Or be creative and use whatever toppings you like….

How to make a Tortilla Pizza:

  1. Start with your Santa Fe Carb Chopper Tortilla 10” (Flour or Whole Wheat)
  2. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Top tortilla with sauce and desired ingredients
  4. Place in the oven for 12-14 minutes until side of tortillas begin to get crispy.

Note: Monitor your pizza base to ensure it doesn’t over cook and if you need the top cooked further utilize the broiler.
